Harvester Plaza
This historic warehouse was built in 1898 for McCormick Harvesting Machine Company and later served as a dealership for International Harvester from 1902 to 1954. In 2007, the Rifken Group began renovating this space into offices and retail spaces. The $3.5 million project utilized historic preservation tax credits and the building is now on the State and National Registers of Historic Places. Huffman Keel Partners was retained in October 2007, to assist the developer in the construction phase of the project. The project was completed in the summer of 2008.
