HKP was hired by Madison Country Day School as an Owner Project Manager for an interior remodel of their Learning Commons. This existing gathering space was repurposed to serve as a library and reading café for their upper school students. This was also an upgrade to the main entry for the school. New features included a reception desk, café niche with custom shelving and booth seating, new carpeting, paint, and new furniture. This was a fast-paced project with construction occurring over two months so that the space was ready to occupy in August 2023.
