Madison School & Community Recreation or MSCR hired HKP to serve as Owner Project Manager for their 30,000 square foot interior buildout. This new location represents the largest space this organization has held. The buildout of this space included offices, a spacious lobby and reception area, eight program spaces, a large gym, and plenty of meeting spaces. MSCR’s welcoming new space will serve Madison residents of all ages.
