Orpheum Theater - Madison, Wisconsin

Frank Productions/Live Nation, as a long-term tenant, needed to address structural decay of the historic Orpheum Theatre, allowing it to continue serving as a viable music venue. Sections of the seating area concrete floor in the theater were removed and recast. The project included revisions to lower-level mechanical spaces and sub floor HVAC tunnels.
