Rail Trail Village
In 2020, our client purchased a former shoe factory in Littleton, New Hampshire for an adaptive reuse project. Huffman Keel Partners provided project support for entitlements, proforma development, scheduling, and design development. Upon completion, Rail Trail Village consists of 127 apartments and three commercial spaces including a restaurant. Behind the property is a redeveloped rail trail for biking, walking, and snowmobiling.
