Bayview Foundation

Bayview Foundation has provided low-income housing in Madison, Wisconsin for 50 years. In 2021 they launched a three-phase project to replace the older multifamily housing with new ground-up apartments and townhouses, engaging Huffman Keel Partners in 2022. A total of 130 apartment homes have been complemented with extensive outdoor space, including gardens, and a certified Passive House community center. Apartment homes range in size from studios to 3 bedrooms, including 4th floor views of the State Capitol and underground parking.
