The Village of McFarland began building an upgraded facility for their growing community in 2021. This building now houses the village’s police and fire departments and its courthouse. HKP was hired to provide initial budget creation, design input and development, and construction oversight through turnover to the village in early 2024. The completed facility is net-zero energy, generating the same amount of renewable energy it consumes.
