City of Middleton - Fire and EMS

The City of Middleton constructed a new 40,000 square foot Fire Station and a 12,000 square foot EMS facility on the edge of downtown Middleton.

Huffman Keel Partners was retained as Owner’s Representative to serve as the City of Middleton’s primary point of contact during the construction and move-in phases. Total project cost was $9 million, and construction was completed in September 2008.
