Renderings for Herrick Middle School

After the passing of their $179M referendum, Downers Grove Grade School District 58 contracted Huffman Keel Partners to act as their Owner Project Manager. The school district which serves nearly 5,000 students sought the referendum in order to repair and renovate its 13 schools. These renovations include the addition of secure entry vestibules, expanding the middle schools to include sixth grade, bathrooms, and many state-mandated repairs.
