Huffman Keel Partners was engaged by Grafton School District to assist them in the lead-up to taking their referendum to vote on the April 2024 ballot. The referendum passed, and HKP will continue serving as Owner Project Manager. The $11.14 million referendum will pay for an 8-classroom addition for fifth grade at John Long Middle School. In addition, the cafeteria is being remodeled and expanded to accommodate more students and other areas of the building are being repurposed for a science classroom and special education learning spaces.
