Invenra, a biotechnology company, needed to expand their physical environment to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business, so they hired our company to provide Owner Project Management services. We assembled their design team for a tenant build-out on two floors of the Element building in University Research Park in Madison, Wisconsin. The project delivered modern testing and research spaces, collaborative office environments, and equipment intensive laboratory support spaces.
