Exact Sciences

In 2021, Huffman Keel Partners began managing multiple renovations for Exact Sciences in Madison, Wisconsin. Ongoing projects for this client required collaboration with a variety of stakeholders to refine processes and product for each endeavor. Stakeholders for a given project included lab managers, representatives from the Department of Natural Resources, and University Research Park staff. Over two dozen small projects benefited from added project management support – projects as varied as creating a system for disposal of lab waste, repurposing mobile shipping containers as hydroponic gardens to grow vegetables for the kitchen facilities, and re-envisioning and remodeling office spaces.
