Lawrence General Hospital

Lawrence General Hospital, a stalwart 140-year-old institution in Lawrence, Massachusetts, renovated inpatient floors and added a new surgical center with a central sterile processing department as part of this $77M, multi-year project. Owner Project Management services included managing phased renovations during ongoing hospital operations, involving significant coordination with hospital staff. Other challenges included navigating historical building requirements and significant excavation and soil improvements along a public road. Safety protocols and commissioning processes were critical to the success of this project.
