Madison Community Cooperative - Lothlorien

Lothlorien Co-Op is a community of approximately 34 people who share this castle-like structure on the shore of Lake Mendota – adjacent to the University of Wisconsin campus. After a fire damaged this property, Huffman Keel Partners was hired to develop a project scope, engage contractors, and manage construction of the $600,000 renovation. The project was completed in October 2015.
