ZEBRADOG : Plaza Design and Storytelling Integration

One City Schools, a Wisconsin Public Charter School offering 4K and 5K kindergarten, first grade, and second grade purchased an office building in 2021 and embarked on a project to expand their educational offerings to include grades 3–12. HKP was contracted to provide Owner Project Management services during design and construction. The project utilized New Markets Tax Credits.
