Fox Point-Bayside School District

In April 2022, the Fox Point-Bayside School District passed a $58.5M referendum to construct a new middle school (grades 5 - 8) and to renovate the historic elementary school. The new Bayside Middle School will be built on the same site as the existing building, presenting some logistical challenges. The renovations to Stormonth Elementary will be completed in phases to minimize disruptions during the school year. The primary areas of focus for Owner Project Management are budget, schedule, safety, phasing and coordination, and addressing current market challenges.
