Overture Center for the Arts
This $205 million cultural arts district center was constructed in the heart of downtown Madison. The facility, designed by internationally renowned architect Cesar Pelli, provides seven venues for performing arts, including a 2,250 seat, world-class hall, as well as galleries for the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art and several regional arts organizations. Huffman Keel Partners was retained to represent the developer/owner (Overture Development Corporation) in the design and construction of this five-year project.
