Plumbers Union Local 75

A former big-box store in Madison was transformed into a new state-of-the art plumbing training facility, with the goal of enhancing the apprentice program for this local trade union. The complete renovation project included the creation of teaching classrooms; med-gas and welding labs; a 6,000 square foot, 300-person convention hall; and an administrative office suite. Tenant spaces have also been created for a childcare provider, dental clinic, and doctor’s clinic.
