Shorewood School District

Shorewood School District passed a referendum in 2019 to renovate its historical academic buildings and athletic facilities. SSD engaged Huffman Keel Partners as Owner Project Manager to lead cost control efforts, coordinate with municipalities, and negotiate with contractors in their best interest. Coordination through the dynamics of Covid-19 was a key HKP role as well as organizing schedule and process adjustments, securing temporary classroom spaces, and helping to prescribe adjustments to ventilation systems.
