Sun Prairie - Creekside Elementary

Exterior of Creekside Elementary School in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

The Sun Prairie Area School District constructed a new 90,000 square foot elementary school. The community, via a referendum, approved the total cost of $17 million.

Huffman Keel Partners was contracted to represent the school board and the district administration in the construction and opening of this facility. Geothermal heating and cooling systems were installed in the school. The project was completed on-time and significantly under budget in June 2008.
