St. Augustine Preparatory Academy

This $52 million private school and athletic facility is located on Milwaukee's south side. The new school was constructed in two phases.

The first phase consisted of construction of a four-story building with approximately 185,000 square feet with capacity for 1,000 children in grades 4K – 12 and opened in 2017. In addition to an academic building, the property features a natatorium, gymnasium, and outdoor athletic facilities.

In the second phase, the school will expand by up to 100,000 square feet, and capacity will double to 2,000 students. Anticipated completion of this phase is 2022 or 2023.
