Situated on 3.5 acres off West Badger Road in the South Park Street neighborhood, The Center for Black Excellence and Culture is going to become a standout landmark along the Beltline. The Center will be 35,000 square feet and three levels. The building will include co-working facilities, youth rooms, a kitchen, a recording studio, a multi-purpose theater, ample office space, conference rooms, and more. HKP was hired to serve as Owner’s Representative to help see this project from start to finish.
