A Lab With A View Invenra’s New Home

Since 1984, University Research Park has been a hub for businesses across diverse sectors, including engineering, computational sciences, and life sciences, fostering growth and idea development. With over 126 companies and 3,500 employees, the park thrives on individual enterprises working together as a community, fostering collaboration and communication among its tenants. The latest addition to this dynamic ecosystem is the impressive 147,000-square-foot Element Labs located at the corner of Mineral Point and Whitney Way. Huffman Keel Partners is proud to have been a part of the two-floor build-out for its inaugural tenant, Invenra.

Invenra, a biotechnology company headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, specializes in early-stage drug discovery, particularly in the field of oncology. Their mission extends beyond cancer treatment, aiming to explore ways to prevent cancer altogether.

Invenra’s new location offers state-of-the-art testing and research areas, collaborative offices, well-equipped laboratory support spaces, a dedicated mother’s room, wellness and activity spaces, and a modern kitchen and dining area. Numerous conference spaces facilitate communication and idea exchange. Most notably, the entire building stands out for its abundant natural light, with large windows in nearly every space, and glass doors ensuring light permeates even rooms without direct access.

This beautiful new site for Invenra is poised for innovation, collaboration, and development.
